Are you where you are when you are there?
Are you physically present in a particular place, yet your mind is somewhere else? An example: Are you in the shower in the morning fully enjoying the warmth of the water on your skin or is your mind already at the office or on the to-do lists of the day?
Meditation begins with Self Awareness and our Ability to be Fully Present in the Moment..
